Delegates should note that the conference will start around 9.00am on Friday 16 September.  Those coming from a distance are strongly advised to arrive in Cambridge on Thursday evening. The registration desk will be open from Thursday evening.

Registration Form

Everyone wishing to attend GEOMED 2005 will need to complete a Registration Form.  There are several ways to register.

On-line Submission - The form below should be completed and then submitted using the SUBMIT link at the bottom of the form.  You will be sent an e-mail acknowledgement that your application has been received. 

Submission by Fax - A WORD document version of the form can be downloaded here.  Please complete this form and sign at the bottom.  The form can then be faxed to +44 (0)1223 264663.  E-mail acknowledgements will be sent to registrants.

Submission by Postal Mail - Download the WORD document here and mail the completed form to the Conference Administrator - Tricia Ellis-Evans, GEOMED 2005,  c/o Pace Projects, 65 High St, Toft, Cambridge CB3 7RL, England.  E-mail acknowledgements will be sent to registrants.

LATE BOOKING FEE
There will be a late booking fee of £25.00 for any Registration Forms received after 15 August 2005.


SECTION E:   CANCELLATIONS

PARTICIPANTS SHOULD NOTE :

Up to August 1 2005:  50% of the registration fee will be refundable in the event of participant cancellation.

Between 1 - 31 August 2005:  25% of the registration fee will be refundable.

After 31 August 2005 no refund can be made on either the registration fee or accommodation.
